Since our services are digital and delivered through remote access, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
✔ The service was not delivered as described: If we fail to complete the task you ordered or do not provide any deliverables.
✔ We could not complete the service due to our limitations: In this case, a partial or full refund may be issued.
✔ Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service, the extra payment will be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
❌ Work has already been completed: Once the service has been delivered or partially delivered, refunds are not available.
❌ Client fails to provide required access, information, or materials: Store access, domain login, server login, or any essential details
❌ Misuse of services or violation of platform policies: GMC suspension due to policy violations not related to our work
❌ Change of mind after work has started: Time and resources spent cannot be refunded.
❌ Google Merchant Center or Google Ads policy-related outcomes:
We cannot guarantee GMC approval if the website has:
- Misrepresentation issues
- Policy violations
- Fake/brand disputes
- Missing business info
- Restricted products
Our responsibility ends after completing the contracted work.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Include your:
- Full name
- Order ID
- Service name
- Reason for refund
Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank/Payoneer account
- Then contact your payment provider
- If still missing, email us and we will assist you
